The whiskey is a triple pot still blend, made to a proprietary specification and supplied from The Old Midleton Distillery, Co Cork. The sugar comes from sugar cane and sugar beet. The distinct style of Baileys is derived from a unique proprietary recipe of natural cocoa extracts, giving Baileys its chocolate character and essence.
